How quickly can I start using GoWholesale?
keyboard_arrow_downOnce terms are agreed to, we will get your account set up and ready for use within 48 hours. A notification will be sent to your email address as soon as the new account is created with a link to set up your account password.
Why ACH ?
keyboard_arrow_downACH provides faster processing than paper checks by eliminating physical handling. ACH provides more economical processing than credit cards, which may carry convenience fees and finance charges.
What is our commission rate ?

Can I add multiple users ?

How does GoWholesale manage billing and settlements?

How long is the item return window?
keyboard_arrow_downCustomers are allowed 100% returns per academic term. Books returned (received at the warehouse) will be checked in through the following schedule:
30 days from beginning of classes - 80% of original invoice price
60 days from beginning of classes - 70% of the original invoice price
90 days from beginning of classes - 50% of the original invoice price
> 90 days from beginning of classes - Current guide value plus commission

What are the product condition guidelines?
keyboard_arrow_downNew: Unused and unread copy in perfect condition. The original protective wrapping and or dust cover, if any, is intact. All supplementary materials are included and all access codes for electronic material, if applicable, are valid and/or in working condition.
Used Like New: Cover is intact, with no nicks or tears. Pages are clean and not marred by notes or folds of any kind. May have shelf wear on outside edges.
Used Very Good: Pages and cover are intact and no more than 15% of the text is marred by notes or highlighting. The spine is undamaged.
Used Good: All pages and cover are intact. Spine and cover may show signs of wear. Pages may include no more than 40% of notes and highlighting.
Used Acceptable: All pages are included. Pages may include notes and highlighting, but the text cannot be obscured or unreadable.
